In 2017, I established Work & Co's Summer Internship Program. I devised the curriculum to give interns real-world client experiences while being paired with design leaders over a 12 week period.
One of the key goals of the program has been to provide designers with an opportunity to understand every aspect of the product design lifecycle. In addition to daily guidance from a mentor, interns receive further tutelage through a lecture series that touches upon subjects ranging from responsive design to prototyping.
Through the program, I've mentored multiple interns and given lectures on the role of User Research in Design as well as Designing for Conversational Interfaces.
